You will be treated royally by the in-house well experienced lady chef (Cook) / caretaker who has her own quarters with separate entrance.
The chef (cook) will provide authentic local cuisine should you wish to indulge in beautiful Sri Lankan meals throughout the day.

She will also do all your washing up, cleaning and laundry, whist taking the responsibility of guiding you and adhering to all health and safety and security measures in the complex.
Do your grocery shopping locally or get delivered and the chef/cook will do the cooking for you.
You may also explore her local knowledge for shopping, area knowledge and attractions.

Utilities will be charged per usage as per meter. A deposit of $15 per night to be kept as a deposit at arrival which will be refunded at the time of departure after deducting the usage. A meter reading will be taken in your presence at arrival and departure.
Electricity Rates will be:
Upto 200units – Rs 65, 200-400 Rs 85, above 400 Rs 100 Gas and Water included in the rate
